About Me

Ciao! I'm Rosella, the person behind Rosella's Kitchen. I was born in Sardinia- Italy and moved to London 27 years ago. Now based in Buckhurst Hill - London.

My passion for food started at home- with a dad and brother who were cooks and a mum who was a baker, our kitchen was always filled with the smell of fresh bread and cakes, sauces simmering and laughter around the big table!

For me, cooking isn't just about food- it's about the people you share it, the stories and the memories you create together.

Food, to me, has to taste good, be made with fresh, natural ingredients, and above all, lots of love, because that's what turns a simple meal into something special.
It's the combination of flavours, love and company that creates memories that stay with you for long time. 

Through my catering, I want to bring a little taste of Italy to every table and help others experience the same warmth and joy that food has always given me.
And one day, maybe, to open my little place where everyone feels at home.
